Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges 15 days after purchase as long as the product has not been worn, washed, stained or damaged. A proof of purchase will be asked to you and the product must carry the label of origin. Atelier Oxymore reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the product is not in conformity.
Exchanges and returns are at the buyer's expense and must be sent to Atelier Oxymore by mail. To make a return, please contact Atelier Oxymore at atelieroxymore.company@gmail.com.
Once the order is received and verified by our team, you will receive a refund notification or, if applicable, we will send you the exchanged product.
Atelier Oxymore is not responsible for the destination country tax and/or customs fees incurred. The buyer will be held responsible for all restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges levied by the destination country.
